The osteoporosis green tea connection is not one that has been as publicized as some of the other health benefits but should be. Osteoporosis is a common problem for many women of mature age, and can be debilitating. Keeping the bones strong and encouraging a high level of density can be done with a combination of healthy diet, exercise and supplementation. And, drinking green tea can't hurt.
